1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • The product is dead on arrival (DOA), subject to brand verification.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The original packaging is damaged or missing.
  • Accessories, manuals, warranty cards, or invoices are missing.
  • The product has physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Damage is due to improper handling, misuse, liquid exposure, electrical fluctuations, or unauthorized repair.

3. Air Conditioners, Refrigerators & Smart TVs

For large appliances such as:

  • Air Conditioners
  • Refrigerators
  • Smart TVs

installation and warranty services are provided by the respective manufacturer or authorized service center.

If the product develops a manufacturing defect after delivery, customers should contact the brand’s authorized service center for inspection and warranty support.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong item
  • An incomplete shipment

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Invoice
  • Product Photos
  • Package Photos
  • Unboxing Video (recommended for faster verification)

Failure to report within the specified period may result in rejection of the claim.

5. Return Approval

Every return request is manually verified.

Alpha Electronics reserves the right to:

  • Approve the return
  • Request additional information
  • Reject claims that do not meet our policy

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes inspection:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verifying the customer’s bank details.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before shipment.
  • Before dispatch confirmation.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped unless covered under this policy.

If Alpha Electronics cancels an order due to stock unavailability or technical issues, a full refund will be processed.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect (verified)

Alpha Electronics will arrange the return pickup wherever service is available.

If pickup service is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product. Eligible return shipping charges will be reimbursed upon verification.

9. Manufacturer Warranty

Most products sold by Alpha Electronics include the official manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty claims are handled according to the respective brand’s warranty terms.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Electrical damage due to improper usage
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear

10. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer change of mind after delivery.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Products damaged after successful delivery.
